What is Shamanism? Shamanism is the art of entering altered states of consciousness to journey to the spirit world and communicate with spirits to access wisdom that is not available to our conscious minds. It can provide guidance and insight on problems and life issues and can help you to heal from ailments, illnesses and trauma.

Who is Vindos? Vindos (Gwyn ap Nudd) is an ancient British God who rules the Otherworld.

Who am I? My name is Lorna Smithers and I am a student shamanic practitioner and author based in Penwortham, Lancashire, UK. Discovering shamanism and meeting Vindos saved my life. Over the course of my spiritual journey, I have come to know and heal my own wounds. I am autistic and have experience of anxiety and an eating disorder. Vindos, a gatherer of souls, has helped me to find and mend the broken parts of my soul. This has shaped me into the healer I am today. I have a passion for helping others to find their own path and to experience healing and transformation.
